Returns Eligibility
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, used or opened inhalers are non-returnable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:
offer a replacement
or
provide a full refund where appropriate
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
